my responsibilities

Lead the interpretation and application of the bank’s brand standards, approved vendor lists, design guidelines, and project milestones to efficiently deliver spaces aligned with Merrill's visual identity

Manage all phases of the design process, including existing conditions documentation, field verification, test fits, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration

Coordinate closely with MEP consultants and contractors to execute design intent, respond to submittals, millwork shop drawings, and RFIs, and oversee punch lists and contractor coordination through project closeout
