Bank of America builds workplace environments that align their people and place with the unique needs of their lines of business. Utilizing brand standards and established design elements, Bank of America seeks to bring consistency, value, and efficiency to all its environments. As a trusted design partner, AE7 has completed several interior refresh projects for Merrill and Bank of America (varying in scope) along with one new interior fit-out.
my responsibilities

Take lead in understanding the bank's brand standards, approved vendors, design guidelines, and project milestones in order to efficiently design spaces that align with the bank's visual brand

Responsible for all phases of the design process -- from documenting existing conditions, field verifications, test fits, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration

Work with engineers and contractors on execution of design drawings, responding to submittals and RFIs, and responsible for all punch lists and contractor coordination
